This P.T.O scent is now my new favorite, so good I instantly ordered the matching beard butter. I get a faint coconut scent followed by a almost candied lemon / citrus scent. My fiance says it smells like a lemon tootsie roll. And I can kinda agree with that. Great carrier oil blend and a great, fun scent. True north definitely knocked this one out of the park!

I ordered this product to give it a try. Solid butters are too heavy feeling in beard for me to use during the day. I figured this might be an option for me during the day, especially when the humidity gets low in Southern California. I enjoy the cherry scent quite a bit and also have this scent in oil and regular butter. I don't use this product very often but it does work for the really dry days when beard oil doesn't seem to be enough. True North is a great company with wonderful quality products and stellar customer service! If you haven't tried them yet, I recommend that you do.

When I ordered this product, I bought several bars all in different scents. This is a solid product. Please note that this review is for body use only. I do not use bar soap on my beard. Specifically, the pine tar soap is noticeably stronger insofar as stripping is concerned. I tried using it daily at first but it was too stripping for my skin so I use it about once a week or so. None of the soaps are overly strong smelling but they do smell nice. The scent does not linger or carry over after showering. These bars are very consistent and they do last a decent length of time, 2-3 weeks of daily use. I have a carbon fiber soap dish so the bar is never sitting in water or on a wet surface. My bathroom is an interior room without windows. It has a decent exhaust fan which is only on when the light is on. Overall, it doesn't have great airflow but this soap consistently holds up well. I would recommend this product. The price is a little lower than other companies with similar products so if you are looking for a good deal on a small batch soap, here you go! The owners of this company are fantastic and they care about their products and customers at a very high level!
