I just saw someone left a 1 star review. That's craziness. From their review, I assume they're not in the US, and their package is stuck in their country's mail system somewhere. It happens all the time. If you're ordering from outside the USA, just remember international shipping is not the same as intranational shipping, and you'll be fine.
In summation, this will make your beard soft, make you smell great, and chicks dig good smelling dudes. Buy it. Try it. You'll love it, too.

I've been a True North Beard Company customer for several years. I've never had a single issue with any of my dozens of orders. Their customer service is exceptional, and they make me feel like a valued customer. I just noticed someone gave this product a 1 star review, which is absolutely absurd. I can only assume they are a dishonest person, attempting to scam free products from a small, family owned business. I'd urge anyone that sees that review to ignore it, and instead see the countless 5 star reviews as an accurate representation of this wonderful small batch company.

My package is stuck somewhere in America and they refuse to send out me a replacement bottle.
My advice check dpe of the other companies out there. I’m sureyou will get better service. 24 days later and no product that’s true North for ya.
